Close to the mountains, picturesque villages, beaches and more, this spacious Nice holiday home really is in the perfect location to explore this wonderful part of France. Guests of the house will have no need to rent a car as everything you need is quite literally on your doorstep. A butchers, bakers, grocery store and a wine merchant are all just 5 minutes walk.
The tastefully decorated property comprises of 5 spacious double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets.
The pretty garden surrounds the house and consists of a lawn with reclining chairs, a large shaded terrace complete with large mosaic dining table for up to twelve people, perfect for dining Al fresco and a large gas BBQ upon which you can recreate some of the local cuisine.
When you are not relaxing in the house or garden, their is so much to explore locally that two weeks will not be long enough. There is a corner shop close by to buy pain au chocolates and baguettes for breakfast and a small supermarket about a 10 minutes walk away for all basic amenities.
The owner has some bikes at the property which are free for guests to use, providing the perfect way to explore Nice, the promenade has designated cycle lanes for added safety. If pedal power sounds like hard work you can rent scooters just 600m from the house to travel further afield, perhaps explore the many picturesque villages inland.
The beach and port Saint Laurent du Var marina with over 50 restaurants and bars is also walking distance from the property and will ensure you are never stuck for choice when trying to choose a restaurant to dine out.
Other attractions of the area include recreation centre, theme parks, botanical garden, cinemas, museums, restaurants, bay, playground, Bowling center, whale watching and so much more.... in fact there is so much to see and do you will be wishing you had booked your holiday for a longer period.

The prices include the renting of the whole house, regardless of the number of people.
All charges are included (water, electricity) except for the cleaning of the house which is to be paid on the day of arrival (option 200 euro) and the linen cleaning depending of the number of people option 20 euros per couple 15 for single
Prices vary depending on the season (see planning for vacancies).
For stays over 14 days in a row, a 5 discount will be applied on the third week and 10 on the fourth and following ones.
A 50 deposit is to be paid on reservation by French cheque or bank payment to ensure the reservation. The balance is to be paid on arrival (French cheque or cash).
On the inventory of fixtures a 1000-euro deposit will be given. It will be refunded the day of departure. Deductions will be applied in case of loss or damage and will be fixed on the value of new items.
Length of stays: 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 4pm; departures: the house must be free at 12am.
The inventory of fixtures must be done before 10am.
In case of non-respect of these times, a 500-euro penalty will be applied.
Customers are to leave the house clean and tidy. If it were not the case, the landlord will charge supplementary cleaning fees.
Animals are tolerated on the landlord's agreement.
The house is non-smoking.
