The dining room can seat 10 comfortably. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There is a large private garden (1100)sq meters, divided into 2 sections: The front garden with flowers and trees, in the back of the house a very large terrace with a stunning panoramic view over the ocean and the near-by islands, with direct access to the water.
On the garden side there is a garage that can hold 2 cars
