The living area has comfortable seating for 6 people and a dining table and chairs for 4. Also in this area is a 160cm walll-bed with a hotel quality mattress. This comfortably accommodates 2 adults. Two patio doors with remote controlled shutters lead to the large (18 sq.m.) terrace. This gets the sun from about noon until late evening and is furnished withan electronic awning, sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a drinks table.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lockers, good reading lamps, a cool marble floor and a window shutter.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cooking utensils. There is a small balcony with a clothes line.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a full size bath with overhead shower, a hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is air-conditioned and is strictly non-smoking.

APRIL AND MAY, INCLUDING EASTER, €700 PER COUPLE PER WEEK
Rates are based on a couple sharing. Please add €10 per extra person per night, including children. Rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, hot water, air conditioning and central heating in winter. THERE ARE NO EXTRAS TO PAY.
In order to secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit lodged to our bank account within a week, with the balance due at least six weeks before your arrival date. Any deposit paid is refundable up to six weeks before your arrival date if you have to cancel for any reason. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover cancellation after this time. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a €50 fee.
Because we appreciate the frustration of waiting for a reply, we endeavor to answer all inquiries quickly, usually within an hour or two, but always within 24 hours. Depending on your arrival time, you may have to go to a central location to pick up the keys or else you will be met at the apartment. A damage deposit of 300 Euro in cash is payable on arrival. This will be returned to you before your departure provided no damage has occurred and the keys have been returned.
Official departure time is 10am and arrival is at an agreed time after 4 pm. We do, however, try to facilitate guests who wish to be in the apartment outside of these times. Normally this is possible only when there are no other guests involved on the same day.
A discount is available for stays of three weeks or longer, outside of any 'special offer' periods. From November 1 to March 31, exclusive of Christmas, New Year and Easter, our rates are €1200 per month, and €1,000 per month for stays of 3 months or longer.
