Part of a Provencal style villa, this independent apartment is spacious and comfortable. Ideally set in a quiet and peaceful residential area between Juan-les-Pins and Antibes. Both the shops and beaches are close by.

The accommodation is clean bright and airy and has been tastefully decorated. The apartment's south facing position means you will enjoy wonderful soothing views of the garden.

The apartment comprises 6 rooms across 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, the large Kitchen with rustic wooden cupboards, the dining room with stone fireplace, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate WC. The kitchen has access to both the living room and the dining room and there are 3 windows on the ground floor and 2 terraces with direct access to the garden.

On the First floor you will find the 4 separate bedrooms, all of which are spacious and comfortable, and have plenty of storage. There are fans in each of the 3 large master bedrooms which also have large rustic cupboards. 2 of the rooms have large double beds and the other two rooms are twin or single. A second bathroom with bathtub and separate WC can also be found on the first floor.


Outside you will find two terraces. The first terrace is around 15 m2 with direct access to large garden to relax in. The second terrace is made up of wide avenues with a number of fruit trees and a lovely stone beautiful stone barbecue reconstituted Périgord. Surrounded by greenery and trees there is a large secure courtyard which can park several cars and there is an automatic gate. You don’t need a car during your stay but we do recommend one.


The old village Antibes can be visited on foot, explore a number of narrow streets which are dotted with food markets, souvenirs and various restaurants. From the outskirts of the village you can enjoy some extraordinary views that combine the sea, the beach and the mountains.

Take a stroll around the fortified part of Antibes town and the harbour, surrounded by ramparts. Besure to visit the bay of billionaires and some wonderful yachts. There are many beaches nearby by ideal for swimming; these include the Garoupe beach with a visit to the lighthouse, the beach La Gravette in the old town and its ramparts, the beach Salis and Galicia beginning of Cap d'Antibes. All of these have wonderful sandy beaches; the seaside resort of Juan Les Pins is famous for its vast sandy beaches and its jazz festival in the pine forest by the sea in the month of July.
