This charming Charente rental property sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms and boasts a stunning pool, sun terrace and a fully walled courtyard and garden. The farmhouse enjoys a central village location and makes an ideal retreat for both couples and families. There are four en-suite bedrooms, one being on the ground floor suiting those with mobility problems. There is a large comfortable lounge with television, DVD player, stereo system and access to free Sky channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large open plan dining area is great for family dining or entertaining friends. The house shares the fantastic pool with the neighbouring gite, La Rose, which is owned by the same people. The large enclosed garden provides plenty of space for the kids to run and play and BBQ facilities are available.

Visit Ruffec wich is host to restaurants, bars and markets. It is approximately10 minutes drive away. The neighbouring villages of Tusson, Courcome and Aigre provide restaurant & bars. Tusson is a Medieval protected village with a historical feel and a local museum. Supermarkets can be found in Aigre and Ruffec.

Changeover day Saturday changeover day, unless by prior arrangement.
Guests to arrive no earlier than 4pm and leave no later than 10am to allow cleaning and gardening.
£200 deposit taken at time of booking, remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. £200 returnable breakages deposit taken upon arrival.
