Charming south-facing village house with some unique features in a picturesque traditional hillside village. Situated at the foot of the village (no tiring climbs!) the view from all the main rooms to Mount Canigou with hills all around is stunning - not least in cooler months when covered in snow, (which may still be on the mountain in June). The house has attractive exposed stone walls and pine flooring and the lower part of the back wall is, literally, built into the hillside with granite rock providing an internal feature in the kitchen area and downstairs shower room. The house is light with plenty of space, including a second sitting room on the first floor and a large mezzanine with additional beds for larger groups or children. It is furnished and presented in "comfy" cottage style providing a homely and welcoming ambiance. The pretty paved terrace is tucked in beside the house with the quaint pedestrian street behind."

There are opportunities for numerous activities,near and farther afield. Skiing is less than an hour away to the North or in Andorra to the West. The beaches are equally available to the East of Perpignan. Spain too is nearby and holds much of interest and opportunities for swimming along it's magnificent coastline.
