The property is approached through a wrought iron gate, along a gritted road amongst the beautiful landscaped garden. This leads to the interior courtyard by the South and the East to the North of the house.
The ground floor of the house consists of the garage (39 m2) which has sufficient space for 2 cars and gives access to the laundry room. The entrance gate gives access to a big hall and from here it opens to the living room equipped with quality leather furniture and into dining room. The eastern side of the house has 2 bedrooms (18 and 13m2), a dressing room, a shower room and 2 separate toilets. The western side of this superb Tregunc holiday villa has the kitchen (30m2) with a kitchen island and another table in the dining room. From this area, you have access to the wine cellar, the laundry room with washing machine and to the garage. Upstairs, the staircase leads to the first floor to the mezzanine (television area 12m2) that opens to the suite (bedroom of 20m2, bathroom, separated toilets, wardrobe ), and to an area with sofa bed that opens to 2 other bedrooms and separated toilets.
