This lovely villa is ideally situated close to the beaches of Cap d`Agde, set in a quiet subdivision, close to shops and the historic center of ville Dotée. There is a wide range of leisure activities available in the surrounding area to keep any visitor occupied.
Be sure you explore our resort town to ensure you have a memorable experience that may include visiting the beach, playing golf, sailing and exploring the great nightlife that is on offer. Agde is a Greek city and is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, great entertainment and most of all its fantastic seafood.

With a total of 4 Bedrooms the villa will sleep up to 8 guests. There are also 2 bathrooms both with shower enclosures and 2 separate toilets.
Our guests should find everything they require in the well equipped kitchen which includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and a selection of dishes and utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and iron board and even a vacuum cleaner. A dining table and chairs can be found in the dining area with a child's highchair also available if required.

In the living area our guest can enjoy a selection of books, games and toys for the children. There is also a TV with DVD player.

Please note linen and towels are provided and the villa has both heating and wireless internet access throughout .

Outside the villa you can enjoy the beautiful garden, the courtyard area or the wonderful terrace. With a selection of garden furniture that include a table and chairs there is also a BBQ that our guests are welcome to use during their stay. There is a outdoor corner kitchen on the terrace perfect for enjoying al fresco dining during the summer months. Off the street car parking is also available.

The villa will offer you the perfect getaway for the whole family, away from it all yet close enough to enjoy a variety of tourist attractions, visit the town or enjoy a day at the beach.

Please note no pets are allowed in the apartment and the property is strictly non smoking throughout. Children are welcome at the house.
