The kitchen and dining area are equipped for 10 people. There is a gas cooker, microwave, a dishwasher and large fridge with freezer.
The ground floor is all on one level and suitable for someone with mobility difficulties, though the toilet will not take a wheel chair. The floors are ceramic and dogs are welcome downstairs.
The house is well equipped with reference books, tourist information and maps. There is also a paperback exchange library, high chair, travel cot and a bar-b-q.

There is a south-facing front garden and a small orchard set to one side.

Low and mid season £400 per week.
High season, June to August £500 per week.
Linen, and fuel are included. There is a wood burner in the kitchen and electric heating in the bedrooms. Water is heated by electricity.
