We are situated just 10 mins from two large villages, one being the noted village of Aubeterre (officially classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France) where guests can find all the necessary amenities for their relaxing break. The property enjoys great views of the rolling countryside and there are plenty of attractions to keep any holidaying adults or children occupied! Within close proximity to the cottage are sandy beaches, winery tours, romanesque churches, local markets at Ribérac and Chalais, superb cuisine and numerous outdoor activities including walking, fishing, swimming, horse riding, canoeing, tennis and golf. You may also wish to take a trip to the Dune de Pilat; the beautiful and historic port of La Rochelle; the internationally recognised Museum of Animation and the chocolate factory of Angoulême.
