Self catering Herault holiday house set in the countryside between Clermont l`Herault and Lodeve, Languedoc, France. The house is located in a hamlet of about twenty inhabitants. You are in the centre of the hamlet of Saint-Julien-du-Bosc. The house is completely equipped and guests will enjoy unlimited wireless internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, fitted vacuum cleaner, desktop PC, barbecue, and televisions.
There are two shaded terraces (weeping willows and palm) great for al fresco dining or for drinks.
One terrace facing North with a large brick BBQ, which overlooks a small field with a stone table and is shaded by a huge weeping willow. You will also find another terrace facing south with a palm underneath. Each terrace boasts garden furniture.
You will have an enclosed garage for a motorcycle, trailer, sails or whatever you need to store under the house. You are the only residents.
The house is located between Clermont l'Hérault and Lodeve. To swim you are less than 5 km from the Lake of Salagou, 45 km from the sea and 10 km from the mountains. You do not need to go far to do your shopping as you are just 3 km from the shopping centre "Les vignes rouges" or in Lodève (5 km).
