This charming Brittany holiday farmhouse consists of a stone farmhouse and its dependence. On the ground floor you will find the living room with its large TV, fireplace and sofa that overlooks the south facing terrace. The fitted kitchen has all the appliances you should require including ceramic hob, 4 burner stove, oven, fridge, freezer microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Also on the ground floor is the dining room with dining table and seating for 6 people, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, one of the bedrooms with a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two singles. There is also a corner office, a bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet. An additional living area is located in the studio where you will find an additional double bedroom which is located on a mezzanine floor. On the ground floor of the studio you will find a living area with one sofa and plenty of storage, a fully fitted kitchen including a ceramic hob with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker,fridge, freezer and a washing machine. There is also a bathroom with large walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.
