Newly built, well-appointed holiday rental cottage ideally situated on the banks of the Rance, just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan, and 10 minutes from many fine-sand beaches, including Dinard, Saint Lunaire, and Saint Briac. It is only 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Saint Malo. Le Mont Saint Michel and its wonders are only 40 minutes away. Numerous other sights are within a 20 minute drive (very good pancakes await you in its villages typically Breton).
The cottage boasts a terrace with sun beds and garden furniture, barbecue, a bright interior living space with kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, 2 hot plates, toaster, coffee maker, kettle ...) plus a living room with sofa flat screen TV. The bedroom comprises a 140x190 bed (new bedding), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. An area of lawn games is available with swing, volleyball net, boules.
