This fantastic 4 star campsite with an abundance of facilities offers 63 rentals and 91 camping pitches in a parc of over 10 hectares, ideally situated between Saumur and Angers in the heart of the Loire valley in France. The campsite enjoys a tranquil rural atmosphere and is bathed in the shadow of the beautiful Montsabert Château in the Loire valley, a place where visiting peacocks roam the beautiful surroundings.
The pitches for touring units all boast water, a waste water point and electricity (10A) points. The two new modern toilet blocks have push-button showers, washbasins and bidet in cabins, British style toilets, outside dish washing and laundry facilities. The large pitches are sub-divided by hedges and provided with shade by the lovely mature trees. The campsite has an abundance of facilities for guests to enjoy during their stay including a fantastic swimming pool, restaurants and bars, a mini market to purchase the local produce and much more.
Within a walking distance of the Parc is the Manoir de la Caillère showcasing the work of Richard RAK painter & sculptor . Explore the picturesque Castle of Montsabert constructed in the 14th century. Just a few minutes further from the campsite is the stunning Chateau Brissac, boasting the 'tallest castle in France' title. For guests of all ages visit the wonderful The Bioparc Zoo of Doué-la-Fontaine, home to over 70 species of animals in an amazing primeval setting, teeming with exotic vegetation. These conditions govern the sale of holidays and take effect from the moment your booking is placed. By booking a holiday, you agree to fully comply with our general conditions.
Prices and Tourist Tax:
Prices shown are effective for the 2013 season. They correspond to one night and are quoted in euros, including VAT (see the fi rst page of the price list for what is included in our prices). The tourist tax varies according to the local council (see Village price list pages).
Conditions of Payment:
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit of 25% of the total price of the facilities booked must be paid to the Village at the time of booking. The balance must be paid to the Village no later than 30 days before the start of a holiday. For bookings made less than 30 days before the holiday start date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking with the Village.
