It has direct access to the waterfront and is only 150m away to the sandy beachfront of PRAMOUSQUIER, the Golden Islands. Be sure to Swim in the crystal clear waters. PRAMOUSQUIER is located between Hyères and Saint-Tropez is located in one of the most popular places in the French Mediterranean coast.
Provencal style RDJ or R + 1 in a beautiful natural park of 10 hectares. There is a large heated infinity pool on the sea (150m from the apartment) with exceptional views.

Special Rental Conditions
La taxe de séjour est en sus. Elle s'élève a 1,10€ par jour et par personne. Les frais de ménage sont facultatifs , soit les locataires s'engagent a faire le ménage le jour de leur depart, aucun frais de ménage ne sera en supplément. Dans le cas ou les locataires ne souhaitent pas faire le ménage la somme de 80€ leur sera réclamée.
