This charming holiday apartment comprises 4 bedrooms and will sleep 8, with the option of 1 additional bed if required. Three of the bedrooms have double beds with the fourth having two single beds. Each of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with toilet and shower enclosure. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with Coffee Maker, 4 Ring Stove, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Grill, Toaster, Refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher, Pantry Items, and a good selection of cooking utensils. In the dining room you will find a large table and seating for 8 people. The large comfortable living area has a choice of chairs and sofas, a good selection of music with a radio/ CD player and a television with video player, DVD player and satellite/Cable TV. There is also a choice of games for you to enjoy during your stay.


The apartment is located in the very picturesque harbor of Nice and situated just a short walk to the old town, the museum of modern art, parks and the beaches, the promenade des Anglais and the Chateau. This elegant and spacious air conditioned apartment offers you the ideal base from which to explore the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is also just a 60 minute drive from the winter ski slopes.You will find a number of good restaurants or cafes in the streets around us with a selection of local bakeries, green grocers, wine shops, delicatessens and butchers, all of which are friendly and happy to help and advise you about the best combinations of food and drink during your stay. Exploring further afield is made easy and a car is not required as both buses and taxis stop frequently at the port, a bus timetable can be provided. The main trian and coach stations are also just a short walk from the apartment. Cannes and Monaco are just 30 to 45 minutes by train and you can have lunch in Italy in an hour or overlooking the ski slopes in the mountains just 30mins drive away. There are several ferries daily that head to Corsica, Sardinia, St Tropez or the 'Iles de Lerins' (two islands just off Cannes) and the fares are all at a reasonable price.
