Special Rental Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total price will be requested when you book. The balance must be paid at the latest 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you make a late booking, the whole price must be paid when you book.
Our prices include the accommodation and the amenity charges (water, electricity, heating).
Our prices do not include the Tourist Tax, which must be paid the day you arrive, any supplementary services, and the cleaning charges at the end of your holiday.
Accommodation for a specified number of persons may in no wise be used by a larger number of persons.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must notify us by letter of any cancellation or alteration, which will take effect from the date of receipt.
If you advise us more than 60 days before the start of your holidays, we will retain 100 euros as cancellation fees on the deposit.
Any cancellation must be notified not registered letter with recorded delivery, the day of reception determining the date of cancellation.
Any modification of date of stay will be considered as a cancellation and will see itself applied the expenses of cancellation mentioned below.
If you advise us less than 60 days before the start of your holidays, we will retain the following charges:
Between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival: 25% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
Between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
Between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival: 75% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
7 days or less before your arrival: 100% of the total cost of your holiday including extras.
