Courtils Self Catering Holiday Gite in Manche, Normandy, France
This lovely gite is newly renovated to a high standard and is set in the beautiful Normandy Countryside. The property is located just a 2 min walk to the nearby village of Courtils where you will find a beautiful church, boulangerie and also a bar/restaurant. The area is fantastic for cycling enthusiasts with great views on the cycle route - Bicycles available with helmets at our gite.
The well known Le Mont St Michel estuary is a must see when in Normandy, situated just 5 minutes drive away and the market town of Pontorson is 7km away. Many Lovely beaches can be found on the Brittany border and are well worth a visit too. There are many other attractions within close proximity of the gite including: Cancalle, a 30 min bike ride away, where you can savour the delights of freshly caught moules washed down with a glass or two of the locally brewed ciders and calvados. Perhaps take a trip to the famous market town of Villedieu les Poeles just 30 mins away by car. We are also near several war memorials, war cemeteries and of course the Normandy Landing beaches.
FACILITIES: - Large lounge/diner with electric log burner, sat TV, 5 burner gas range, microwave, video/dvd player and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
- The first floor has a large double bedroom, fitted wardrobe, chest drawers and dressing table, bedside cabinets and a tv/video player. A cot is also available if required.
- It also has an ensuite shower room with large jet/power shower and electric wc.
OUTSIDE - The front has a patio leading onto a pebbled garden of flower beds. There is a table and chairs for relaxing. The side has a porch awning ideal for parking of motorcycles, the rear has a patio with an additional seating area and barbecue and lawned gardens with fruit trees and shrubs.

Prices are per week in euros. We offer discounts on long lets, Prices based on 2 persons per week an additional 20 euros for third person. 20 euros for each additional child/adult.
A deposit of 50 euros to be paid on booking and the remainder 5 weeks prior to arrival. Sterling or euros accepted and you may also pay using paypal.
