The apartment, which has recently been decorated, enjoys reversible air conditioning/heating. There is a bright airy living/dining area and separate kitchen, both of which give access to one of the balconies. There is dining seating for 6 and lounge seating for 5. The apartment is equipped with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine. In the lounge you’ll also find Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player.
There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and the other fitted with twin beds (sofa bed in living room). The second balcony is accessed from the 2 spacious bedooms.
There is a family bathroom with separate W.C.
Free Wifi is available in the clubhouse.
Note the apartment is on the top (third floor) and may not be suitable for very young children. There is a facility on the ground floor to store buggies/bikes if required.
The Residence has a private tennis court; table tennis in the Clubhouse. Tennis and table tennis racquets are available in the apartment. There are 2 pools - one is for children, the other does not have a shallow end. Resident Concierge.

The beautiful town of Colliure offers everything a holiday maker could want when looking for an authentic experience of Catalan France. There is also a colourful market every Wednesday and Sunday morning, with an abundance of local produce.
