Superb apartment comprising 3 rooms 90 m2. It sleeps 8 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. This charming 2 bedroom apartment is ideally situated just minutes from the centre of Cannes. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people and is an excellent base for visiting Cannes, whether for fun or to attend one of the major annual events in the city, such as MIPCOM, MIDEM Festival Piacenza, MAPIC, the Lions or the famous film Festival.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the Croisette (less than 10 min walk) with its long stretch of sandy beaches and the famous Palais des Festivals and the fantastic luxury brand boutiques on the Rue d'Antibes. The Apartment is superbly served by public transport (direct motorway) and quiet, very bright, with wonderful views of the hills of Cannes (4th floor).


The apartment is on the 4th floor of an Art Deco building with a lift and a secure intercom access, and the building was also renovated and modernized while retaining its traditional character.

This apartment will surprise you with its calm and serenity that emerges there. The double-glazed windows, the view of the hills and the furniture chosen with care are there can be for many.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2013, comfortable (broadband and WiFi in all rooms, air conditioning, central heating, fitted kitchen, washing machine ...). We have also been awarded the three stars of the Ministry of Tourism.
