Located in an old building, this extremely pleasant, spacious and bright holiday apartment will offer its guest the perfect base for either a business trip or just relaxing with friends or the family. It is situated in the heart of Cannes, in a fantastic position facing the Mediterranean.

Inside the apartment, guests will find a spacious environment with high ceilings in every room, elegant mouldings and fantastic views of the Old Port and Lerins Islands.

There are 2 good sized double bedrooms with plenty of storage, plus there is 1 bathroom with both a shower, a bath and a separate toilet. Relax in the wonderful open plan living / dining room comprising a table with seating for 6,a Television with satellite channels, comfy seating and a stereo system.

The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts and includes an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, conventional coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more.

Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed. Unfortunately the property is inaccessible for wheelchairs. We welcome long term renters but please note the apartment is non smoking throughout.

A car will not be required during your stay as you will find yourself just 2 steps from the magnificent beaches, the Forville market and just 3 minutes from the Palais des Festival, the Croisette, the Rue d'Antibes and its legendary boutiques. There is a great selection of cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours in the area for you to enjoy. For your essentials, a shop, bakery and pharmacy can be found below the apartment. We highly recommend a visit to the picturesque Forville market, one of the most beautiful Provencal markets in the region with its flowers, vegetables, local seafood, local produce and flea market on Monday all on offer.

For our shopping lovers, the popular Meynadier street which is located behind the apartment is one of the best shopping areas in the city where you will also find some excellent restaurants and bars to tantalize all taste buds.

The kitchen should be made crockery row, refrigerator clean and emptied trash.
30% deposit on booking
Deposit: 150 € for final cleaning of the apartment made clean.

Keys delivered after payment of the rental balance
Arrivals from 16h to 18h - departures before 10am, thank you to warn in advance of the arrival time
Linen supplied optional (except Congress): 20 € / double bed, € 20 / towels for 2.

Refundable Damage Deposit €700.00.
