This spacious 2 bedroom south facing apartment is situated on the outskirts of the medieval village of Penne d'Agenais and enjoys stunning views of the Lot valley.
The accommodation comprises an open-plan living/dining room complete with TV, video, dvd, cd & radio, with comfortable chairs and dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen area has everything you would need for a comfortable stay including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The kitchen gives access to a covered outside terrace, complete with table and chairs and a BBQ for that all important al fresco dining experience.
Bedroom one is a large double, again with traditional French doors leading straight onto the shaded terraced area
The second bedroom is a twin/double to which 2 further singles can be added to make a family room and a cot is available if required.
There is a large fully equipped shower/wet room with wc and basin, and a laundry room complete with washing machine, deep sink and ironing facilities.
The terrace leads down to the wonderful garden, complete with 10 x 5 terraced underwater lit swimming pool, sunbeds and parasols.
