Charming and spacious holiday house situated in the lovely village of La Patache, famously known as a traditional fishing village located on the banks of the river Loire. Champtoceaux is just a 15 mins walk from La Patache where you will find all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable holiday, including a boulangerie, small supermarket, cafes, newsagent, a bank, some fine restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. There is a plethora of great activities for guests to enjoy in the surrounding area, including walking, cycling, fishing, mountain biking and golf. The house boasts wonderful views of the Loire and the balcony is great for relaxing with a drink or for al fresco meals. This fantastic home is perfect for a family holiday, or even a group of friends. There are many interesting activities in the area. Take a trip to Nantes or even one of the well-known seaside resorts of Le Croisic, Pornic or La Baule (all within 1 hour). Plus, Les Chateaux de la Loire are one to two hours journey by car.

•Two of the bedrooms enjoy amazing views of the river 'Loire' while the third bedroom looks out onto the pleasant and quiet courtyard at the rear of the house
•On the Loire side, there are also two stone balconies where you can eat or just relax and enjoy the splendid view of the river.
