Located on the ground floor of a 5 storey, fully air conditioned building, this wonderful holiday rental apartment has its own garden with great views that overlook the courtyard and the quiet south direction. At approximately 50 sq/m, the apartment consists of 1 large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and spacious bathroom.

Our large bedroom boasts a double bed with a window that offers great views across the garden. The American style kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine 4 stools around a small snack back, a small table with 2 chairs and a regular table that will seat 4.

In the living area there is a sofa for you to relax or you can enjoy the television with satellite / cable, a stereo system with radio, cd player and tape player, a number of toys and games for the kids and a great selection of books for the adults.

A large shower, basin and toilet can be found in a spacious bathroom.

With WiFi internet access is available throughout. The apartment is inaccessible for wheelchairs and pets are not allowed. We welcome long-term renters and children are also welcome. Please note that apartment is non-smoking throughout. Please note that baby equipment is also available on request.

Outside our guests can enjoy the deck/ patio, the courtyard area, Lawn/Garden and spacious terrace. All areas are well equiiped with a selection of garden furniture which includes a garden table with chairs, 6 garden chairs and 2 beach chairs.

The apartment is located in the city centre of Nice just 200 metres from the pedestrian Avenue and just 300 metres from the station. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the old town and Place Massena. Other nearby places of interest include Monaco (10 Km), St Laurent Du Var: (10 Km) Lake (30km) and the coast is approx 300 kms from the apartment. With a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of Nice, the apartments location is fantastic. It is a place of paradise to enjoy the musicians from the local and the surrounding areas. For our skiing loving guests, there is an isolated resort and Auron which is around 80kms away. Due to its great location and easy access to public transport a car is not necessary during your stay.
