The accommodation of L'Hirondelle townhouse is spread over 2 floors and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped spacious kitchen that includes an electric cooker, dish washer, fridge freezer, micro wave oven and a granite surface work top. There is a dining area with seating for 6 guests. The living room features a wood burning stove for the colder months, and a comfortable 3 piece suite. Entertainment in the townhouse comes in the form of a selection of books, HD multi channel Flat screen Satellite and local TV. The TV receives French Terrestrial and UK FreeSat Channels, plus guests will have use of a DVD Player, an audio centre and internet access with Wi-Fi.
The property features an outdoor terraced area with a BBQ and a selection of garden furniture to allow for Al fresco dining. The garden is well maintained and planted with a selection of citrus and olive trees, herbs and pleasant flower borders. There is also a spa pool for enjoying those long summer nights.

A deposit of 10% or £150 will be asked for to secure your booking.
These will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.
The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. And in addition to this we will ask for a security/ breakage deposit of £150 will be asked for.
Clients will be asked to leave our house clean and in a good state of repair - any additional costs we incur may result in a reduction in the security deposit being returned.
Other costs we may apply, subject to their use would be usage of the telephone at France Telecom rates for calls, line rental and usage of the internet at a cost of 10€ per week and the loss of or non return of keys.
Should a cancellation be received after 3 months prior to the start date, the deposit will be non returnable.
Whilst we have our insurance cover in force in respect of our house and contents, this will not cover personal items belonging to clients who would be well advised to take out their own insurance cover.
The property known as l'Hirondelle, 3, rue Franklin, 34310 Capestang is offered for holiday rental by Mike & Mavis Meehan (the owners) to the renter (the client) under the following conditions
