Although the apartment has just two bedrooms, it will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In the first of the two bedrooms you will find a double bed with two single beds in the second bedroom, there is an alcove area which has an additional two single beds along with a new sofa bed in the living area that sleeps two. The recently fitted fully equipped kitchen has everything you should require including a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry items, and plenty of dishes & utensils. A large table with seating for up to 8 people can be found in the open plan living/dining area. There is also a large sofa and flat screen television with satellite/cable TV. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, please note that there is not an elevator which means it may not be suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems. We welcome long-term renters and children are more than welcome to join you. Pets are also allowed and smoking is permitted throughout the property
