The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles & 2 twin), bathroom, shower in one bedroom and a WC on the ground floor, a well equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. There is a separate dining room seating 8 guests, plus a living area with 3 piece suite and 2 easy chairs seating 8 in comfort. Entertainment in the cottage comes in the form of Flat screen LCD TV in the lounge with English and French freeview systems, DVD and CD player with plenty of DVD'S/CD'S to view, boxed games and a well stocked bookcase and lots of tourist information.
The well maintained acre of grounds boasts a boules court, barbecue area, enclosed garden with wooden table on large patio and wooden garden furniture for 8 guests, parasols, sun loungers and a selection of outdoor games.
Situated in Mellé, on the Brittany/Normandy borders, midway between the historical towns of St.James and Louvigné-du-Désert , well known for the lush verdant countryside, historical architecture and long sandy beaches. Mont St.Michel is only 45mins. Dinan, StMalo, Dinard, Vitre are within an hour.
Fougeres with the largest castle in Bittany is 25 mins away. The Loire and WW11 landing beaches are only 2 hours away. The cottage is ideally placed to explore all the activities and attractions that the region has to offer. it offers a perfect landscape for outdoor activities such as cycling, fishing, walking, and much more.

Prices are based on Saturday to Saturday, guests should vacate the farmhouse by 10.00am. Prices include all electricity, gas and heating costs.
