Our Quercy house of over 200 years is 800 metres from Payrac on a park of 5000m2. Beside the pool or in the garden you will enjoy the quiet and a view overlooking the surrounding countryside. Within a radius of 50 km, you will discover the largest sites of the Lot and Dordogne. In the evening you will share, if you wish, our host table .
GITE FOR 2 PERSONS - Our house consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140/200), a big wardrobe, a dresser, two nightstands. A bathroom with shower then, sink, toilet, washing machine. The living room contains a kitchen area (refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, and many electrical accessories); a table, chairs, couch, dresser, cabinets, TV, wifi. A terrace with table and chairs extend the house before. Private parking is on the side of the house. The pool and garden are shared with the guests of the house.
Price: from 430 euros to 540 euros per week.
GUEST ROOMS (B&B) - Our cottages are open all year. Price from € 75 / 2pers and 60 euros / single
- The room "Rose" : 1 bed of 1,80m / 2m or 2 times 0,90m / 2m plus a bed of 0.90m
- The room "Lavender" : 1 bed of 1,40m / 2m more possibility one extra bed
- The room "dahlias" : 1 bed of 1,80m / 2m
- room "peonies" : 1 bed 1,60m / 2m
All rooms have a bathroom and a toilet, wifi, some TV. The area varies between 16 and 20m2.
Breakfast included and prepared based homemade jams, local products (eggs, ham, cheese).
Dogs not allowed.
Rollaway bed: supplement of 30 euros including breakfast.
Our house features beams and two fireplaces which give it a lot of charm.
The 33m2 living room has a TV, an insert stove for autumn evenings, a large dining room table (10 persons), library (BD, historical books, novels, regional literature ...), games society.

In the garden you will find over 15 chairs and many tables, gazebos and parasols, allowing you to create your privacy and enjoy the panoramic view.
The 10m pool / 5m is secure (alarm and barriers) is ideally located next to the house; 9 pool beds, large umbrellas and several inflatable games will make it a quintessential convivial place.
