Tastefully restored modern Manche holiday rental cottage set in a lovely countryside, near ducey. The farmhouse comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 double with shower sink, and toilet ensuite, 1 more double and 2 twin rooms, seperate bath, shower, sink and toilet. Guests will enjoy use of the open fire during the colder months.
Le Chardais boasts a downstairs large living area with 2 sofas, an armchair, woodburner, 40' LCD TV. Through the lounge double doors you come to the large kitchen / dining room with sofa, coffee table, and seating for up to 14 people. Inaddition, there is a table for 8 plus one for 6.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, oven etc. There is also a utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, sink coats area etc, plus another toilet.
Outside there is a terrace and B.B.Q area.

The changeover day is Saturday we asked you do not arrive before 4PM and leave no later than 11am French time thank you.
