The apartment is close to spectacular forests, and lakes, miles of walking/cycling trails and an hour or so from the fashionable resort of Les Sables d’OLonne and beautiful La Rochelle. Special Rental Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable within 7 days of booking. The balance of fee is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Guests will be required to sign documentation to allow use of pool.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day will normally be a Saturday , but other days will be considered as will short stays. Arrival between 3.00 pm and 8 Pm (unless by prior arrangement) Departure required by 10.00 am.

Prices are quoted in UK Pounds. Euros accepted at relevant Barclays buying rate.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
