This pretty stone Provence farmhouse also has a large stone barn available with additional accommodation - providing further eating, sleeping and playing areas, making it suitable for two families.
In the main house on the ground floor there is a living room – it is well lit with a large Provencal open fireplace, TV, DVD/video, HI-FI. The dining room has a large table seating 8 and also enjoys an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There’s also an inner hall – with library and desk and a cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
In the cellar there is a sink and washing machine, and also mountain bikes to use.
Upstairs is bedroom one – spacious with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, wc, basin. Bedroom two – large with 3 single beds. Bedroom 3/mezzanine – double bed.
Via a separate entrance from the courtyard is bedroom 4 – it enjoys a double bed with fireplace (overlooking pool) and also a bathroom – with shower, wc, basin.
In the grange is a large living/dining/play area. A mezzanine with single bed and z bed.
At the rear of the property is a large courtyard, swimming pool, BBQ area, Petanque pitch/games area, sun beds and of course plenty of outdoor dining furniture.

The village of Verfeuil is within walking distance and has a bakery and restaurant. The pretty village of Goudarges is 10 minutes away via car. It has plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and facilities. It has a river running through the centre and a lively market once a week.
