Provencal holiday Villa comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodates 8 people. It boasts panoramic sea views from the pool, lounge, balcony, terrace and all bedrooms. It is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, within close proximity to Saint-Tropez and just fifteen minutes walk from the beach of the Nartelle. This beach is well known for its long sandy beach where the sea is usually very clear. Sainte-Maxime is a very pleasant village. Unlike St Tropez, most shops are open all year. The months of July and August are very popular.

The house has an enclosed ground and the interior has been renovated a few years ago. The house is heated by radiant heaters, it is well insulated from cold or hot. A large pine tree provides shade and is equipped with a VMI (mechanical ventilation by blowing).

The area is quiet and residential and there is an easy access to shops (by car). The house is cool because it is shaded by an old pine tree and the neighbours are a good distance away. The balcony is great for al fresco dining and offers beautiful sea views and hills.

The pool has just been built. This is a traditional swimming pool (concrete frame) surrounded by a range of about 40 m2 of natural stone (opus Roman tiles 40x40). From the pool, there is also sea-views.

There are many activities on offer for guests, including golf, water sports, cinema, library, water park, indoor swimming pool and exhibitions, concerts. You may choose to discover the old town, the marina, the beachfront, public squares with bowling, restaurants, café terraces with orchestras, free concerts and markets.

There is the possibility to park several cars inside the property (portal). The access road is not busy at all.
