This beautiful 2 bedroom holiday apartment has been fully renovated and has it's own private garden. It is situated in the quiet residential area of St.Vincent Grau d'Agde and offers the perfect spot for family holidays. The sloping beach is just 10 yards from the house where you will find a number of water sports available. For the children there is a selection of on site games, toys and beach accessories.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests. The first bedroom has a large double bed with the second bedroom having 3 single beds, and a cot if required. There is 1 small bathroom with shower enclosure and heater.
The Kitchen, living and dining area is all open plan. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes & utensils, and pantry items. In the living area you will find a dining table with seating for 6 people, a comfy sofa, a TV with both DVD player and satellite / cable channels and a selection of books, toys and games for you to enjoy during your stay.
Outside the apartment there is a small garden area along with a wonderful terrace, equipped with garden table and chairs, 2 deck chairs and a BBQ which our guest are welcome to enjoy.
Children are welcome at the apartment and smoking is allowed. Please note unfortunately the apartment is inaccessible for wheelchairs. Although the apartment is designed to accommodate 5 people we will adapt our prices according to the number of tenants. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a weekend getaway or a week.
