Aulus-les-Bains Holiday Apartment Rental with Shared Pool in Midi-Pyrenees, Ariege, France ~ Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, nearby Ski Resort
The restorative waters of Aulus-les-Bains have attracted visitors from many parts of the world for well over a century. They are said to offer relief from numerous metabolic disorders including high cholesterol, and the thermal baths together with the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding countryside, are considered to aid relaxation. In addition, Aulus is host to several fine restaurants, cafes, an adventure playground and there is an abundance of sporting activities available, including cycling, tennis, fishing, horse-riding and water sports. During the winter months, you may choose to take a trip to the local ski resort of Guzet-Neige! There are many popular attractions worth visiting nearby in the Ariege department, from historic towns and caves to the principality of Andorra situated between France and Spain.
The Ariege holiday rental apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. The spacious living area has a large 3-piece suite, coffee table and satellite TV (Including UK channels), DVD and CD player. The dining area seats 4 guests and is located next to the well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher and an extensive range of crockery and cooking utensils. All bed and house linen and towels are supplied.
The garden area is situated to the rear of the property and boasts a ‘shared’, heated 4m x 6m swimming pool. Garden furniture can be supplied on request. The villa enjoys access to designated parking areas although parking in the village is not a problem.

Special Rental Conditions
We request that you complete and return to us a signed booking form. Your booking is confirmed on receipt of 25% of the rental total. The rental balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
Returnable breakage deposit of 100 euros, on a separate cheque. This will be returned to you in full, 2 wks after your departure providing that no damage has been sustained and no items are missing from the inventory.
Prices quoted are per week. However, stays of less than 1 week will be considered with a minimum of 2 nights. Short breaks would be priced as a proportion of the weekly rental plus one night.
APARTMENT 9 SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE (2 BEDROOMS) - Prices range from €280 Low season - €350 High Season.
