Apartment Rental in Cannes ~ Fantastic One Bedroom Holiday Apartment
Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment rental which sleeps up to 4 people, ideally situated just off the Boulevard du Midi in central Cannes. The apartments makes an ideal holiday home for guests who do not wish to drive. All amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and beaches are within walking distance. The apartment is within a 3-star apartment building set right on the beach, and has wonderful views of the beach and the Mediterranean sea and of the hotels swimming pool and gardens.
The accommodation of the property comprises 2 rooms, an open plan living room with sofa beds and a kitchen/dining area, equipped with an oven and fridge. Of course, you can take advantage of the hotel facilities whilst a guest here, breakfast is available every day at the hotel Café Bleu, situated by the swimming pool from 07:00 - 10:30, at a cost of €8 per person.
There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. The satellite colour television has various channels in different languages. The apartment boasts WIFI internet.
A wonderful place to spend some time would be the balcony, from there you have panoromic views to the sea, the beach, the Esterel Mountains and the well maintained hotel gardens and swimming pool.
Directly in front of the apartment is the Boulevard du Midi, which is a very popular beach promenade with dedicated cycle paths. Close to the apartment you will find the pretty village of Mandelieu, which has an excellent golf course and 8 km of fine sandy beaches. Travelling in the other direction will bring you to the glamorous Cannes with it`s designer boutiques and wonderful restaurants, for film buffs this apartment would be ideal as the Film Festival is held there in May of every year.
