Canard is a beautifully renovated former tobacco barn, offering spacious accommodation for up to 12 people in the main house. In addition, a unique self-contained pigeonnier annexe provides accommodation for 2 people, complete with air conditioning.

With a private pool and garden, this countryside location makes a great retreat for large groups, conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport.

Pets are welcome with prior consent, and can enjoy the securely fenced garden.

Canard offers excellent fibre internet. *Note that air conditioning is available in the pigeonnier annexe only, not in the main house.

Prices in the calendar reflect full occupancy for the main house + pigeonnier. However discounts are available for 12 Guests or less in the main house only and will appear in the booking form below.

The main house has 6 comfortable bedrooms, most on the ground floor. There are 4 doubles, one with ensuite shower room, and one with a king size bed. Another 2 bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins.

Aside from the ensuite, there is an additional shower room, and yet another bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a large separate shower.

The modern kitchen features a breakfast island with stools, an extra large fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and washing machine.

The sitting room has comfortable seating and a Smart TV, CD player, a few board games and children’s toys.

A wood burner has been recently installed for the cooler months.

The adjacent pigeonnier annexe offers air conditioned self contained accommodation for 2 people.

There is a double bedroom on its upper floor with a super king bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. It has an ensuite shower room.

There is a kitchen and sitting room on its ground floor. The kitchen features an electric hob and oven, kitchen sink, small fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and appliances such as kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The kitchen has ample storage space and adjustable stools for comfortable dining. The sitting room has a sofa and a TV.

Outside
Canard’s private pool measures 10 x 5 metres, and its surrounding patio is well furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a dining table that seats at least 8 people.

There is also a large wooden picnic table in the garden by the pigeonnier annexe. A gas barbecue is provided.

The large garden is very well fenced, and is also flat which is great for ball games and other exercise.

A table tennis is also available in the garden.

There is ample parking in a dedicated gravelled area, enough for a few vehicles.
