It comprises a large living room, a large kitchen with a large dining room with a large table. Any guests will certainly feel at home in this spacious and unique accommodation.
The property is situated in the heart of the village, a natural and charming garden with a koi carp pond brings freshness and serenity.
The accommodation:
4 bedrooms and a mezzanine accommodate up to 15 people. The spacious, bright and comfortable living room is upstairs and has a view of the garden canopy. It opens onto a magnificent terrace. The kitchen is large and its adjoining dining room will accommodate large tables. A large garden where everyone will find a space to take a nap, enjoy the pool, or play cards.
A small, completely independent apartment is rented. This space, which in no way encroaches on the large garden to which you have access, remains exclusively for guests, although it can also be rented to 4 additional people.
The house was ours previously and it is truly a family home. Wood stoves in winter will bring the warmth and conviviality of a real family home (there is however real central heating! and air conditioning). The laundry room remains a space shared with us.
