Typical accommodation very well equipped and clean. It is located in the center of Doussard with all the necessary amenities nearby. The lake is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike on the cycle path.

Brilliant geographical location
Magnificent apartment, very well equipped, nothing is missing. Very clean ! With mountain views. We highly recommend it.

In Doussard, half an hour from Annecy.
The house is fine although the stairs are somewhat uncomfortable and the mattresses of the bunk beds show all the springs and are very uncomfortable.

Pleasant and quiet in the center of the village

Cozy apartment
We spent a wonderful holiday in this apartment and on the wonderful Lake Annecy (Doussard). The environment is a dream. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. There is plenty of information available. The booking went smoothly. The contact with the landlord was very friendly. The apartment is centrally located in Doussard but is still very quiet. Supermarket and everything you need can be reached in a short distance. The beach with free access can also be reached quickly by bike. This is our second time at Lake Annecy and definitely not the last time;)

in a quiet location on Lake Annecy
Doussard is quietly located on the southern tip of the lake. The infrastructure is very good (the apartment is directly above a pharmacy, the supermarket can be reached across the street).

The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed. We were traveling as a family of 5. The reference to "3 bedrooms" was somewhat misleading: one bedroom must be closed with a door. The other sleeping places are on a kind of gallery, which can be reached from the kitchen-living room in V-shape via stairs. One sleeping "compartment" has a bunk bed, the other a double bed.

A specially locked garage in the in-house underground car park is great ... unfortunately, the gate cannot be closed for larger cars (e.g. Opel Zafira).

A big advantage: the included use of washing machine and dryer!

But we really enjoyed the stay. We only visited the stone beach of Doussard twice, after which we found our favorite place to swim in one of the neighboring towns, in Talloires ... a wonderful dip in the emerald green, cool water of the lake ...

Call apartment
Apartment in a building composed of 4 apartments above the Pharmacy in the village of Doussard. No parking difficulty because it has a garage in the basement.

Located in the center of the village, direct access to shops, and obviously for us paragliders perfectly located between the SIV landing and that of Doussard and 15 minutes from Talloires by car, at the top!

A very good contact with the owner, everything is perfectly explained sheet for everything, thank you.

The living room and its terrace are very pleasant to live in. Bedroom bathroom nickel.

Very nice appartement

A Wonderful Vacation Spot to Call Home!
The Residence les Gentianes is a comfortable complete apartment home which is clean and well equipped. It's location is convenient to the pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, and also Flyeo paragliding, and 1/4 mile from the Doussard paragliding zone. The Wi-fi is fast and easy to connect to. The owner is more than thorough in his communications and eager to offer information regarding the operation of equipment in the apartment and also the surrounding area attractions. There is a substantial balcony which faces the mountain range to the west of town. I would definitely consider staying again when visiting Doussard. I was a fabulous place to stay, and a great place to call home while away from home!
