This beautiful Roquebrune sur Argens holiday farmhouse rental with swimming pool can accommodate up to 10 guests, and is situated just 10 Min Walk to the picturesque village of Roquebrune village where you will find all necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. The house is in a tranquil location offering guests expansive views of Rocher of Roquebrune and the distant hills of Fayence.

Spread over 3 floors, the accommodation of this superb Var holiday home comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and heating. Bedroom 2 has oak flooring and opens onto large balcony. Bedroom 3 also opens onto a private roof terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom in bedroom 1, with huge rolled topped bath, toilet and basin. Bathroom 2 also is an en-suite with bathtub, shower, toilet and basin. The 3rd bathroom is en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.

The property has a spacious, open plan kitchen, with a central island and modern equipment and gives access onto a shaded dining area and terrace. The downstairs dining room features a large fireplace and a dining table which can seat 8 guests. Upstairs, the sitting room is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, satellite in English and French. Selection of DVDs available and a sofa bed. The garden of the property has 3 terraces, private swimming pool with ample garden furniture, and a gas BBQ. River access can be gained by way of the private jetty and there are canoes for the use of guests.

If you wish to explore further than the local village and it's wonderful selection of local markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants then you are ideally situated for exploring the fantastic beaches of St Aygulf or Les Issambres which take just 20 minutes. There are 2 golf courses to choose from, both within just a short drive. Roquebrune golf club is 10 mins drive towards the coast, whilst St. Andreol is 20 mins in the opposite direction. The beautiful natural landscape of this region offers visitors the ideal habitat for cycling, walking, canoeing and much more.
