This wonderful Mountainside Villa is in an elevated position above Villemagne L'Argentiere.
The house comprises 3 comfortable bedrooms (two doubles and one twin in the loft - which can revert to a king size double), large living / dining area; bathroom / WC and kitchen. The loft has en-suite shower room and additional sleeping space and mattresses for 2 guests - which would be suitable for a family of four. All the bedrooms have ample storage space and bedroom 2 boasts magnificent views over Villemagne and the surrounding vineyards. Bedroom 3 is in the loft which benefits form 2 large sky lights, perfect for star gazing from bed!
The large fully equipped modern kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with over head shower, basin and WC. The living room has a large 4 seater leather sofa, arm chairs, dining table and a large open wood burning fire (for the colder months) with a fully stocked log supply in the cave.
The villa is eqipped with wireless broadband; amplifiers and speakers that can be connected to a laptop/Ipod/etc and there is a large south facing terrace which benefits from daylong sunshine throughout the summer and more secluded deck to the rear.
Outside there is a dining table seating up to 8 guests, 2 sun loungers, a BBQ and wood fired oven.

Due to the steepness of the terrain and access via nine large out door steps we would caution against the elderly - unless you are feeling fit and active - access is not difficult but it is 'exposed' - as are internal steps and therefore we would discourage very young children.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date. 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
