The house is located in a small, very quiet street, in the village of Treffiagat, 1.8 km from the center of Guilvinec. Access to both the beaches and the town center is very easy, whether by car, bike or on foot.
A bike rental company is located at the end of the main street of Guilvinec.

LE GUILVINEC is the 1st artisanal port in France, famous, in particular for its Langoustines.
Every evening, the langoustines arrive in whole boats around 5 p.m., and you can buy them alive on the quays or in the nearby fishmongers.
You can't have fresher and that's the first advantage.
The second advantage is that they couldn't be simpler to cook: In a large pot (at your disposal in the house) that we fill with well salted water to 3/4, and boiling, 2 minutes of cooking and we taste after cooling...
THE AREA:
The town of TREFFIAGAT-LECHIAGAT is separated from Le Guilvinec by a bridge, therefore by the sea. Our house is 1.8 km from the beach of Léhan. Other beaches are close, Sqivaudan, Rheun, Le Goudoul accessible, not only by car, but also by bike.
Carrefour Market, Utile store in Guilvinec, Intermarché in Plomeur, (3 km), Super U in Plobannalec (3 km), A Leclerc hypermarket, with an extraordinary fish counter, thus attracting crowds of customers, in Pont l'Abbé (6 kilometres).
Several bakeries.
Excellent restaurants, some of which have good or even excellent reviews on sites such as Tripadvisor, in which you can taste the famous Blue Lobsters, and Crabs, and Spiders, and of course the langoustines.
And all other fish and still other crustaceans...
A little further, PONT L'ABBE , a small town 7 km away, very lively and attractive.
A large market takes place on Thursday morning.
A little further still, QUIMPER at 30 km, is a very cultural city with a rich history. You should consult the tourist office, which will help you discover all the riches of this city.
THE HOUSE:
The house faces south and has 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the second a 140 cm bed and the 3rd with 2 90 cm beds.
If you wish, we provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.
The kitchen is open to the living room, the toilets are independent of the bathroom. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV, wifi, everything is available to make your stay comfortable.
The beds are made on your arrival, all the linen, bed, table, toilet is provided.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace equipped with garden furniture with parasol and BBQ and deckchairs.

The Pays Bigouden located in the South West of Finistère, and Pont l'Abbé is the capital. Formerly this Cap Caval, became Pays Bigouden from the name of the famous women's headdress poerté until the middle of the 20th century.
Very close to the beaches and in the countryside, Treffiagat is just separated from Guilvinec by the bridge.

LA TORCHE – There, the fields of tulips and narcissus in spring. But its beaches mainly welcome amateurs and professionals of Surfing, and of course tourists in summer.
Here is the LEHAN beach , the closest to our house. See how beautiful the weather is in Brittany, this photo was taken one morning last November. Beyond this beach, after Lesconil , also a pretty port, you reach Bénodet , from where the boats leave for the Iles de Glénan. Bénodet is also known for its casino and its thalasso.
Pont-l'Abbé , as well as the neighboring towns of Plobannalec, Treffiagat, Le Guilvinec, Loctudy, Combrit, the southern two-thirds of Plomeur and part of Penmarch are made up of leucogranite known as Pont-l'Abbé. This leucogranite is a light colored granite with two micas; it is most often coarse-grained, but can also present a more laminated aspect or be cracked by joints, giving then because of the erosion rocks with spectacular shapes.
