This charming stone house has recently been renovated and sleeps up to 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen & dining room and a lovely private garden. The stone built long house occupies a peaceful location, on the edge of the village.
The house has a spacious kitchen & dining room with open plan lounge with comfortable seating. The double downstairs bedroom is en-suite and there is a utility room with toilet and washing machine. The spacious entrance hall is a lovely cool space in summer.Going upstairs via old curved stone stairs you arrive at a landing with bookcase and sitting. A double bedroom and twin bedroom share the shower room with toilet off the landing.
The property is fully equipped with internet throughout, a heater and a fireplace (for the colder winter months!). Towels and linens are also supplied (except pool towels). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, and iron & ironing board for visitor use. The property is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, teleivision and DVD player.
The garden has a stream running through and a patio & hammock to rest and have a barbecue. Guests can admire the beautiful views looking towards Bugarach and enjoy plenty of walks through meadows and woodlands, with the Gorge du Galamus nearby as well.
Local shops and amenities are just 15 minutes away at St Paul du Fenouillet. There is parking available for two cars.
