It is located near St Nicolas des Eaux where you can walk to the local restuarants and bars.
This charming 100 year old stone cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and boasts wonderful views of the Blavet Valley.
The property has a lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen. It has retained much of it's original charm and character, including the original timber beams and logburner.

Outside:
Private heated pool and decking.
There is a large all weather barn with table tennis, slate snooker table, pool table, darts and various childrens toys.
Adjoining the cottage is a good size decking with table and chairs.
The lawned area has great views of the valley and river and has a slide, swings and football goal.
Relax in the summerhouse with a glass of wine whilst watching the kids in the pool.
We also provide kayaks, inflatable, various bikes and a range of fishing equipment. (buoyancy aids and cycle helmets also provided).
The Blavet is a slow running river and is ideal for boating and fishing.
Paddle down to the local village and moor up and use the local bars.
