Vilola Dusett Holiday Villa with Heated Pool Nr Mougins, Valbonne, Cannes, Mouans Sartoux in France
Situated in the historic heart and most colourful parts of the French Riviera, Villa Dusset is ideal for families. This 3 house property accommodates up to 10 persons. The villa is always rented out to one party of guests so whether you want to only rent 2 house for 8 persons or 3 houses for 10 you will always have the whole property for yourself.
The Old House.This recently renovated, charming old stone house is approximately 125 m2 and can be rented separately for 4 persons. Inside, you will find a large living room with beamed ceilings and a fireplace. Joining onto the living room there is a rustic style dining room with its stone walls along with a well equipped country kitchen where everyone can enjoy cooking. The house sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms with connecting shower and toilet. One bedroom can be found on the ground floor with two single beds with the other upstairs with its double bed and a lovely terrace for enjoying the morning sun.
The Round House.Inspired by the old house, this house is set across 2 floors of 75 m2 and can be rented separately for 4 persons.
On the entrance level in the Old House you will find a welcoming open kitchen with dining area for 4 to 6 people and connecting shower room. Here you also find a large room that is combined living room and double bedroom with large patio doors onto the courtyard. A second round and nice bedroom for two people with double bed is to be found upstairs.
The AtelierA lovely “private” studio for 2 persons of about 20 m2 is situated in the pool area. This little gem offers a small ”wine room” / living room and a section with a double bed 140 cm wide. When living here You will use the outside shower as well as the general guest WC. This hideaway also offers air condition and heating as required.
Outside, our guests can enjoy the fantastic garden with its relaxing areas and lush vegetation to the high hedges and another connecting part geared for fun and games. You may want to spend your days relaxing around the pool, our pool is 12 x 5 meters wide and 180 cm deep and is heated to at least 25 degrees from April to October. You will find both sun beds, tables with chairs and a shaded pergola to suit your needs. Outside you will also find the spacious pool house with its large dining table for 8 -12 people and an outside ”kitchen” where our guests can prepare the meals of the day. At night time this is the perfect spot to light a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the peace andtranquillity, only with the sound from the water in the pool.

A great location for enjoying various activities, start each morning enjoying a peaceful breakfast by the heated pool and then you can go shopping down the glamorous Rue d’Antibes in Cannes, followed by a spot of sunbathing on the beach at Juan les Pins.
There its lots to do and see in the surrounding area such as taking a trip to the hilltop village of Mougins where you can enjoy a fantastic gastronomic lunch or visiting
the perfume houses of Grasse. Take a drive through the spectacular gorge of the river Loup where you can end up at Gourdon castle, the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail on the panoramic terrace.
At the end of you activity fill days head back for a delicious Provencal dinner on the Place des Arcades in Valbonne village.
Villa Dusett in Castellaras is the perfect base from which to pursue a wide range of activities and interests. These include 8 stunning golf courses within 10 km i.e. Royal Mougins Golf Club, Sant Donat Golf Club and Golf Club Opio Valbonne.
A great selection of water sports are available within short driving distance along with tennis, angling and a choice of authentic French produce and antique markets, as well as the numerous fetes and festivals that are held annually throughout the region.
The local villages of Valbonne, Mougins, Opio and Mouans Sartoux are typical very old Provencal villages, dating from before 1300. They have market days where the farmers bring in lovely fruit, vegetables, olive oil and beautiful flowers. Be sure to visit the old parts where you can relax in a wonderful café and enjoy a cappuccino. There are also lots of little nice shops.
For our food loving guests there is plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding area with approximately 20 Guide Michelin starred restaurants within 20km,the closest only 2 km away.
With the Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron ski resorts just 2 hours from the villa and Verdone for kayaking and hiking a simular distance there is no real season for Villa Dusett.

Special Rental Conditions
1. Security deposit
A security deposit payable is required for all rentals. The amount is ten (10) % of
the total cost payable when renting. The security deposit shall be paid by bank transfer..
If not used to cover charges, damages and i.e. broken, misused or disappeared items
on Villa Dusett the deposit will be credited to the client after the end of the rental period.
2. Charges
Electricity, water, gas, change of one set of linen and towels per week as well as six (6) hours
cleaning and gardening on Saturdays is included in the rental amount.
3. Arrival and Departure
Arrival to Villa Dusett is at four (4) pm on Saturdays. If you expect to arrive later than at four
(4) pm, you shall inform the representative of Villa Dusett on the exact arrival time two (2)
days before your arrival. In case of delay you shall inform the representative of Villa Dusett
as soon as possible. Villa Dusett is not responsible if you, due to delays in travelling cannot
enter Villa Dusett on the agreed time.
Departure shall occur before ten (10) am on Saturdays. No later the day before departure the
Tenant shall inform the representative of Villa Dusett of the expected departure time, in order
to assure the key delivery and the final day preliminary inspection of the property.
