LOWER GARDEN APARTMENT - A beautiful apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, 100m2, sleeps 6,
The two bedroom Lower Garden Apartment is 100m2 in size and sleeps up to six people. The apartment offers fine views over the olive grove with wooded mountains as backdrop.
The layout is perfect for 2 couples with the bedrooms being located at either end of the apartment, ensuring privacy and personal space for everyone. The spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.
The apartment is south facing and independent from the main house, with own driveway and private garden.
Lower Garden Apartment rentals are from Thursday to Thursday, however the changeover day is flexible outside of summer time.

Two spacious bedrooms with luxurious king size beds (200cm long, 160cm wide); one of the bedrooms also has a single bed plus en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin

Located a few minutes walk from the centre of the medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup, the bastide is set in a centuries old olive grove of 3000m2 with uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
We offer 5 very spacious and high quality gite apartments, all with private front-door access and furnished with care in a warm and comfortable Provencale style.
The fabulous 12 metre long and 5 metre wide heated swimming pool is surrounded by wrought iron fencing and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view !

Special Rental Conditions
We charge a small additional cost for a sixth person, please enquire.
Additional final cleaning fee per rental: 60 Euro
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Baby cot, highchair and changing mat are available on request at a rate of 20 Euro for the duration of your stay.
A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euro is required on your arrival.
Arrivals should be after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
