La Laiterie is located near a 15th century sandstone manor. The cottage is one of the old buildings of the farm which were restored by the by owners. Your stay in the cottage means you’ll come into close contact with cattle breeding and different crops of the farm!
La Laiterie cottage has a 125m² area divided into 2 floors and 6 rooms. There is a dining room with American kitchen. It’s fitted out with all modern appliances. The living room has a fireplace (wood for free), TV, music equipment and ample comfy seating for five guests. The bathroom has a shower. One of the bedrooms is equipped with 3 single beds, there is also another bedroom with a double bed.
You’ll also find a gaming room with ping-pong table. There is 2500 m² closed garden with bbq and garden furniture.
The sea is about at ten kilometers from the cottage at the resort of Quiberville sur mer. The department includes many tourist cities including: Dieppe, Etretat, Fecamp and Rouen.
