There is a Bang & Olufson TV and stereo with 4 speakers for a wonderful surround sound also with a remote link in the kitchen dining room. The lounge has wonderful views through the patio doors of the surrounding countryside and magnificent pool with palms around. The lounge features an oak staircase leading up to a large bedroom with double bed and futon. This room has a large on suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The Kitchen dinner is approximately 55sq metres and well equipped with another TV area and wood burner This room also has an oak staircase leading up to two bedrooms - one twin bedded and one single bedded with shower, toilet and basin.

The private swimming pool is alarmed with approx half an acre of garden with many fruit trees that you are free to help yourself if in season.

Issac is situated in a beautiful part of the Dordogne surrounded by beautiful countryside and many places of interest to visit nearby, Bergerac airport is about 20 km away but also a beautiful place to eat with many restaurants to be found in the little side streets that are full of charm. There are also some good golf courses and plenty of other activities to be found. Bordeaux is about 1 hours drive away with vineyards plentiful.
