Large Eco-gîte Gîte and Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the Pays de la Loire between Nantes, Rennes and Angers. Located on the border of Brittany and Anjou, the Ancenis and Châteaubriant regions

We love our mill and our region and want you to feel good there!
You will stay in the Gîte du Moulin  where our great-grandparents worked wheat flour!
You will enjoy the garden overlooking the countryside for a barbecue , and can privatize the Workshop for a festive meal  during the day or evening near the brazier under the oak tree!

Outside school holidays and weekends, stays possible in B&Bs .

The Moulin Gîte:
For 2 to 12 people:
Entrance through the original tower (end of the 18th century) then staircase in slate and original stone and here you are in your home: 100m2 composed of a small library - office and/or spare bedroom in the tower, a large living room 50 m2 with fireplace and kitchen area and two bedrooms (in the old store) and a large bathroom (in the old machine room).
* Long stay recommendation: 8 people, weekend with friends 12P. 14 maximum
4 sleeping areas:  two bedrooms, the Tower Library and the Grand Salon: 
The Minoterie Bleue room  
For 2/3 people: 1 double bed + 1 single bed, shower, sink, private WC. 
The Yellow Mill Room
For 2 to 5 people: One double bed and 2/3 single beds.
The Tower Library 
Small round room opening onto the staircase equipped with a desk and a 2-seater sofa bed
The Grand Salon with parquet flooring and exposed beams has a fireplace, TV, WIFI, games and library.
It has 2 beds: 2 single beds.
The large bathroom : Italian-style tiled shower, WC, sink.
The  fully equipped kitchen area with tea and coffee available in the Grand Salon.
Organic cotton home and bath linens. Organic cotton mattress toppers and comfortable French bedding.
Filtered water in showers and for cooking. Ecological soaps and cleaning products.
Tea & coffee available
Private terrace with barbecue & fire pit in private 1000m2 garden, ping-pong table and outdoor games.

The Workshop
A 50m2 wooden reception room and a 25m2 room called "the Lodge" equipped with a sink and a washbasin, kitchen area and dry toilets ideal for friendly festive or cultural events. At your disposal: Tables, benches, party lights, JBL100 sound system and 50 Ecocups.

For 2/3 people, 1 double bed + 1 single bed, shower, sink, private WC. 
The Yellow Mill Room
For 2 to 4 people, One double bed and 2 single beds.
Possibility of adding a single bed.

1/2 persons, on the ground floor of the Moulin, shower, sink, private WC. Twin beds.
